Simply superb. We cannot find a negative to say. The hotel, staff and experience was wonderful. A special thanks for the hotel accommodating our requests without hesitation. We will return and recommend to everybody. Thank you

Jollie hotel, mais besoin de rénovation. Douche ancienne ne marche pas si bien. Petite dejeneur pas magnifique.

Very enjoyable. Friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning wasn’t as cool as we were accustomed but with a couple of adjustments by maintenance, the ac improved. Would definitely stay there again.

Sehr freundlicher, professioneller und hilfsbereiter Empfang. Parkmöglichkeit im Parkhaus. Das Zimmer welches wir hatten war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Ein Problem sind die Keramikböden wenn jemand im Stockwerk darüber in Highheels rumläuft da der Trittschall sehr gut hörbar ist. Ansonsten gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Korridore und allgemeine Räume sollten aufgefrischt werden, diese korrespondieren nicht mit dem Zimmer welches wir hatten.

Warum kostet das Frühstück bei der Reservation 20 Euro, wenn man es nachher im Hotel bucht, nur 13 Euro?

My partner and I were very dissatisfied with the service. No parking, it took me 1 hour (driving around) to find the right place learning that the hotel gave me the wrong name of the car park, the park was then "complete" and only with discussions I managed to get a place for my motorbike. Price the same as for a car! All in all it took me 2 hours to get this issue sorted out, unacceptable. We were told by the hotel that we could use the blue beach club. Then going there they refused to let us in claiming that we should bought a voucher is the hotel. The hotel staff did not mentioned this to us. So we went to the public beach. Bar closed already at 23.00. Difficulties to a bottle of water when coming back to the hotel at 23.00. Only after discussions with reception we got a bottle of water. No really, we got the impression of a "dying hotel" running at minimum standards.

The Hotel is more rundown then I remember it. The location the amazing as is the views. The staff did not seem very helpful except for the Bellman who was really the only person I saw working
