Fabulous honeymoon - hotel made it that wee bit extra special. Garden breakfast area is fabulous and sets you up for the day ahead.

VERY RELAXING STAY EXCELLENT LOCATION AND HOTEL. SOME OF THE RECEPTION STAFF COULD HAVE BEEN FRIENDLIER AND MORE HELFULL. EXCELLENT RESTAURANT

Je viens pour la 2ème fois, il faut revoir le petit-déjeuner : pain sans saveur, pas de fromage blanc, mettre des milkshake fruits de saison...

I couldn't believe that in a 4 star hotel in Nice, people working at the desk could be so awfully unpleasent. They ever hardly answered to my "Bonjour". Any information asked was given with an evident nuisance and limiting the words just to the indispensable.
The hotel is presented with a parking that for me is essential (I'm a diplomat of the UN, my car is a part of my office and I choose any hotel just because there is a parking). Apart for the non existing parking, the hotel neither has a convenction with the near public parking, where I have been sent with nobody helping me with my luggages, despite my problems to a leg. Gents, a lot of bad experiences for the price, and I'm so sorry because I love Nice, I spend there all my holidays and I've loved your hotel. Such a pity. the Hotel is very good located, the people at the reception very friendly and helpfull but the room - it's just too much!!!
i learned hotel business and it could not be that wallpaper in bath room remove from the wall, a cleaning cloth was certainly forget behind the washbasin, the ceiling over the shower ist black of mould and the room smells humid, the airing in the bathroom is not working at all, if someone takes a shower the mirror in the bathroom and also in the room are misted up and the carpet in the room is black of oldness and dirt. And the kind of Information is not honest because our friends living in Nizza was in your hotel to see the rooms: they showed them a new renovated room and at the questing if all rooms are renovates the personal anserwed with "yes".
All this items induce me to book another hotel next time. It is okey to pay a lot of money but i will get a good perfomance of all.

Overall experience was below standards as service was required and slow to respond. The air conditioning was insufficient making it difficult to sleep.

We had a very nice, comfortable stay in the hotel with my family. The rooms were very nice size, the beds were great, the toiletries were boutique, the location was quiet for a good night sleep. The walk to the old town / Duomo was about 17 min. The price was very fair for the quality of the hotel.

Not very good....noisy room next to us and this hotel is tired.... not much dusting going on.
