This is a hotel which obviously needs a major refurbishment, but it's a nice hotel in a good location in front of the sea. Julien at reception was very helpful.

Not favourable. Wanted to leave as soon as possible. Room was well below our expectations. Website provides pictures of beach accessories (chairs, towels, umbrella) but does not mention that they are not included. DECEPTION...HORRIBLE.

Bon week end au soleil, la note de la chambre fait chuter la moyenne mais si vous avez des promos envoyez les moi et je reviendrai (mais pas dans la chambre 226 :) !

It was an excellant stay in your hotel. We ate in the restuarant twice and we we,re very satisfied are flight was cancelled and we able to stay in the same room for the extra two nights thanks to Ian the manager. It was a lovely experience altogether thank you.

As average/good. There were some concerns: The internet web did not function well during our stay.

I had to change my key card almost daily: First probably because of the fact that the key card had been kept near the mobile telephone shell's magnet, but nobody had warned us of that. Then, on the last day, all of our key cards stopped functioning much before 12, when we were supposed to leave, and my wife had again to fetch a new key card.

When we were checking out, we were first charged for breakfasts 120 euros, which we were not supposed to pay. I had to fetch our travel company's documents and discuss again the case, and after that I was credited 120 euros (I hope that it comes to my account). The inconvenience was apologized but not so much as it should have been.

On the other hand, the personnel in the reception was quite friendly and spoke good english. The men helping us with our luggage were very friendly.

Breakfast was good, breakfast restaurant nice and personnel in the breakfast restaurant was very friendly.

We enjoyed the stay, very good service (except for lack of one chair balcony) - you feel very welcome and alway get the attention with a smile.
We will return.

Only beds need to be more comfortable, we asked for king bed and found two small beds next to each other with seperation

Most of our beds can be prepared in one big double and with maximum comfort.
Be sure to inform the reception or the housekeeper to prepare the bed according to your expectations.

Bonne experience chambre un peu petite pais tres fonctionnelle
