l'hôtel est absolument plein de charme, les employés sont exceptionnels, mais des incohérences (facturation du restaurant, du parking) laissent à desirer. Le pd n'est pas assez bon, en dehors des fruits, rien n'était vraiment de bonne qualité (pas même le café).

Qualité des repas (fournit dans le cadre d'un séminaire) catastrophique. La majorité des participants au séminaire ont préférer prendre leur repas hors de l'hotel malgré le fait que les repas avait déjà été payés.
Exemple de repas servi : Entré : simple tomate farcie au fromage blanc, plat : spaghetti au saumon (simple morceau de saumon fumé bas de gamme avec un peu de crème) ; dessert orange.
En matière première on doit avoir un coup de repas autour de 3euros maximum et le niveau de cuisine est celui d'une cantine scolaire. On s'attendant à un niveau nettement autre lors d'un congrès médical dans un hotel qui se veut luxueux.

The hotel is marvellously situated on the Promenade. The buffet breakfast is excellent. Slow service in the reception area.

Fabulous honeymoon - hotel made it that wee bit extra special. Garden breakfast area is fabulous and sets you up for the day ahead.

VERY RELAXING STAY EXCELLENT LOCATION AND HOTEL. SOME OF THE RECEPTION STAFF COULD HAVE BEEN FRIENDLIER AND MORE HELFULL. EXCELLENT RESTAURANT

Je viens pour la 2ème fois, il faut revoir le petit-déjeuner : pain sans saveur, pas de fromage blanc, mettre des milkshake fruits de saison...

I couldn't believe that in a 4 star hotel in Nice, people working at the desk could be so awfully unpleasent. They ever hardly answered to my "Bonjour". Any information asked was given with an evident nuisance and limiting the words just to the indispensable.
The hotel is presented with a parking that for me is essential (I'm a diplomat of the UN, my car is a part of my office and I choose any hotel just because there is a parking). Apart for the non existing parking, the hotel neither has a convenction with the near public parking, where I have been sent with nobody helping me with my luggages, despite my problems to a leg. Gents, a lot of bad experiences for the price, and I'm so sorry because I love Nice, I spend there all my holidays and I've loved your hotel. Such a pity.
