Except for the service,everything else was good. The attitude of the staff right from the reception to the cleaning people was pathetic.
Though the only positive would be ms katerina at the reception. She atleast made an effort to solve our queries.

What an unfortunate comment , Thankfully one of our agent has been up to your expectations . The service then cannot be so unfairly considered .
A team work reveal sometimes the efforts of one person but hide all the others engagement is solving an issue.

2 nd time that the trsor did not work. We guessed again that the batteries are low but due to our short vacation trip we have no envy to wait for a technical assistence. Should be checked by the room service each time.

Overall, the experience was good. Great staff. Good breakfast buffet. it would be nice if ice was more easily available to guests during their stay. For the price of the room, amenities should be a little nicer.

Overall experience was bad. Breakfast was poor. One party member ended up getting sick with bad stomach pain after breakfast. Room was small and the extra bed was broken for 3 days. Staff at front desk was very negligent on service. Room phone was also not working. There was no one available at the concierge at all times. Very pooor expletive overall and will definitely not choose this hotel for our next trip to Nice.

We really enjoyed the hotel and the staff. We did have some maintenance issues with our room leaking water from the bathroom ceiling. The staff was nice and friendly in addressing these and making amends.

The young man at the desk really assisted me with my boarding passes. He went out of his way to help me since my husband was very tired. I really appreciate and laud his service. The other staff was also very helpful and nice.

We are very upset because check-in was delayed by an hour. The minibar was empty on the first day. In the check-out, the man of Reception Desk shown us a consumption of approximately € 88 euros which didn’t really exist, because it is the result of the empty minibar on the first day. When we decided to pay only the city taxes, he told us that possibly the amount questioned would be subtracted from the guarantee made at check in. The impasse remains unsolved.
