Lovely old style hotel of lovely character. Our room looked on to the Musee Matisse gardens and the Le Negresco Hotel, but you could also still see the sea. It was a great location right on the Promenade D'Anglais. Staff were all really friendly. They allowed us to leave our luggage on checkout until we were ready to make out on ward journey. We had asked if someone could translate some directions we had which were in French to English for us to make our way to our next stop off to nesrby Vence, by the time we returned to collect our luggage again, the directions had been translated for us and printed out - so helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Very good, location is perfect, but some rooms like 204 has no view other than a next wall

Phenomenal! The service could not be improved! Every member of the staff excelled in customer service.
Rooms were outstanding as well and this is coming from a person who has stayed in many lovely hotels in Europe.

This is a hotel which obviously needs a major refurbishment, but it's a nice hotel in a good location in front of the sea. Julien at reception was very helpful.

Not favourable. Wanted to leave as soon as possible. Room was well below our expectations. Website provides pictures of beach accessories (chairs, towels, umbrella) but does not mention that they are not included. DECEPTION...HORRIBLE.

Bon week end au soleil, la note de la chambre fait chuter la moyenne mais si vous avez des promos envoyez les moi et je reviendrai (mais pas dans la chambre 226 :) !
