We have stayed West End several times before., but this time it was not as good as it use to bee.

Hotel nicht 4 Stern wert, höchstens 2 Sterne ! Alte Zimmer mit seltsame geruh, unerfahren angeschielten , früschtuk im ein Zelt , bei Reservierung stand, ein willkommen getreckt , nach 3 Nächte 1 fasche wein auf Zimmer , ales nicheingehaltet, ich glaube wir waren die einzige wo 6 Nächte gebucht haben, das wir nach 4 Nächte abgereist sind, das haben sie nicht einmal gefragt warum!!! Es war die schlechteste Erfahrung die machen dürfte !!!

Hotel location is excellent and we would return when it has had a significant upgrade to the bedrooms and the public rooms. It is evident that the public rooms have grand and impressive features along with artefacts in glass cases on display reflecting the hotel's heritage, but they look uncared for. The features should be retained and treasured and should be tastefully incorporated into any future refurbishment.

Very good location and a super room with a large balcony overlooking the Promenade des Anglais.

Hotel has a great location, and we enjoyed the sea view - thinking it was worth the additional payment. On disappointing side was the size of the superior room: it seemed small, and the bathroom felt small too (partly due to the big cabinet). Only 4 hangers in the wardrobe.
Overall experience 4+/5. Merci, on reviendra a Nice.

We celibrated our 40 year annivercey of our wedding at the hotel. Our daughter and son in law suprised us with flowers and a letter on the day. The only problem was that it was delivered to another room so first after that they have asked us if he had recived any flowers we got aware of the suprise. When we contacted the reception and they saw that there 2 guests with the same family name (Nilsson). When we came home in the night after our dinner the flowers where in the room but then it was to late.
