De l'accueil à notre départ nous avons rencontré un personnel attentif, aimable et poli dans tous les départements de l'hôtel.
Notre chambre de luxe vue mer était splendide en particulier le confort de la literie.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous ne manquerons pas de le faire savoir autour de nous.

Nous avons passé 3 jours très agréables à l'hôtel West-End et je recommande expressément cet hôtel à Nice.

We loved the hotel. It had a lot of charm and character. The staff were always polite and helpful. I would like to thank in particular the man that helped us with our luggage.

YOU DO NEED A SLOPE OR EVEN an Ascensur TO GET INTO THE HOTEL for wheelchairs and luggage. Don't take wheelchair guests through the back of the hotel to get them into their rooms. You would attract a lot of customers with the phrase "wheelchair friendly"

I really enjoyed my stay and I am sure I will be back to the West End should I spend again a few days in Nice. And I would recommend the hotel.

J’ai payé pour une chambre de trois personnes et quand j’arrive il y a qu’un grand lit dans la chambre , l’accueil m’a dit que c’est ma faute de ne rien préciser, mais j’ai noté il y a une enfant de 13ans , un lit pour trois personnes? vous voulez je paye plus sans avoir la service satisfait? De plus c’est la première fois le hôtel m’a demandé une caution pour la chambre,Bon je vais lasser une avis sur Google
