The bathroom safety is TERRIBLE!!! My wife took a bath and could not get out the batthtub. There were no bars to hold. on to help her out. There was no safety call button. There was no phone. We had to get someone from the front desk to help me pull her out.
We are very concerned by mobility and safety and should any of our guest make a request for extra safety devices or mobilty equipements we do as much as we can propose the best option possible. Several of our rooms are adapted to mobility.
We do hope you will one day make a new stay with and ou will for sure get the best options to make you safety an comfort completely satisfactory.
