A perfect stay in a very nice hotel, situated ad the Promenade. Wonderful room with sea-view on 5th floor
Very serviceminded and helpful frontdesk employees and a bi plus for being upgraded to a better room

The prime role for a hotel is to sell a good night sleep.
The beds where bad and with no cover on the bed, only the sheet.
The reception where very helpful and service minded.

Very nice hotel in a good place. Wonderfull view from rooms balcony, In this time of year proce was very cheap (somekind on special offer through hotels.com)

experience and Hotel under our expectation. the rooms "standard" are much below a 4 stars hotel. We stay for two nights and the room has NOT been cleaned. We claimed at the reception desk but nothing happened, we expected a partial refund but we did not even received a written reply to our complaint. Bad service at the reception and non-real pictures showed in Booking website. Bad experience, we will not reccomend your Hotel. Maybe the 4 stars are only for the rooms with sea view, the rooms in the back are 2 stars.
