Hôtel idéalement situé sur la Promenade des Anglais. Chambre triple confortable et calme. Malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu profiter entièrement du petit déjeuner car nous faisions le marathon (pour l'occasion d'ailleurs le petit déjeuner était ouvert dès 6h du matin) mais le buffet était très varié (sucré, salé). Nous avons pu bénéficier gratuitement d'un départ tardif (16h) pour pouvoir nous doucher après le marathon.

We enjoyed our stay i Nice wery much. The hotel was perfect, close to the beach and the city center.

A hotel witch is totally uninterested in makeing their guests satiesfied during the stay and are not receptive after the guests have left either. We booked a privilegeroom with cityview. They think that cityview is looking into a wall and over a backyard. We checked in 2 pm. I asked directly for a change. After reading the hotelinformation that said that the front manager was happy to help if we had any problems, I went to the front desk and asked for this manager. I was not allowed to speak to him, insted I got the key to a real small room with just a wallview. I told the front desk that I could not give this issue any more time and that I was really unhappy about the situation. I gave written feedback and the manager answered that he would upgrade us the next stay?! There will not be a next stay of course.
Avoid this hotel. You have real good hotel with good service next door. We stayed at that hotel after this lousy experiensce.

Hotel war sehr gut, allerdings war die Heizung bei Temp. von 13 Grad nachts nicht in Betrieb, nicht so schön.

C’est la quatrième fois que je viens je n’en savais pas qu’il y avait encore une partie non refaite !!!
La neuve est très bien Lancienne très vieillotte .

L'hôtel a été construit en 1842 et nous tenons à préserver le lieu avec le charme du style Belle Epoque dont on ne peut nier l'élégance.
Cependant pour entre en accord avec les gouts de notre époque et de celle de notre clientèle nous avons redécoré dans un style plus contemporain deux de nos étages, ce qui ne vaut pas dire que nous n'avons rien engagé dans les autres .
Tout est affaire de gouts et beaucoup de nos clients apprécient la décoration classique .
Pour votre prochain séjour nous saurons nous adapter à vos préférences et nous réjouissons déjà de vous accueillir à nouveau.
