Très déçus par la prestation en chambre Double Privilège (petite chambre avec une petite fenêtre donnant sur un mur pour 141,72€) je suis reconnaissante d’avoir pu être surclassés, compte tenu de la période, dans une chambre de meilleur standing.

Moderate to good. Have stayed at similar hotels i neighborhood and West End was not sticking out in any direction.
Missing a real bar!!

When we initially arrived on this 3 nights, 4 days visit, we were accommodated on the first floor, with a view to a wall. The room was not nice and our first impressions were one of disappointment. We spoke to the lady receptionist , expressing our dislikes, but she dismissed us with saying that all triple rooms were on the first floor and if we wanted to be accommodated in a better room we had to pay a extra 100 Euros. On top, the hotel was full on the first night. Then Leoni came to the rescue, having overheard our conversation. With a completely different attitude, he apologised for the inconvenience and promised to make it all better by accommodating us in a junior apartment on the third floors with a lovely views the following day. And he did. Everything changed from here on. We loved the room and our break turned into a super break.
The hotel must staff the breakfast diner a lot better. The girls working there were struggling to keep up with the 'full house', and guests were unhappy. There was never enough of anything.... But thanks to Leoni, we had an overall good experience.

We do regret your disapointment on arrival with the room which was not matching your expectations but Leoni managed to turn a bad impression into a good one and then your stay has been enjoyable in many ways.

Good location, but, despite superior room, rather cramped, especially in the bathroom. Staff could show more politeness. In the restaurant it was the right attitude though :)

I was expecting a nicer room. The staff were lovely but I felt the hotel was more 3 star than 4.
