Impressive exterior to the hotel and I am sure it was once exceptional inside. Now however, it is looking tired and worn out. Items such as the bannister on the stairs is broken & loose in numerous places with botched repairs evident, the cracked ornamental vase on the second floor landing, worn out furniture in the lobby etc.
The location is exceptional and I believe if there were some investment in the building it could reclaim its former glory.
