Bel établissement, nous venions pour la première fois, nous avons passé un agréable séjour mais je pense faire un autre choix la prochaine fois, déception pour le petit-déjeuner (salle, contenu du buffet, service), le prix ne correspond pas au service.

First class room with helpful and efficient service from Reception and Concierge. We would definitely use the hotel again.

We really enjoyed the overall experience only criticism I would have is 'some' of the staff need more customer service training. The only reason I say this is because I was told off for sitting on a chair by the entrance in the evening the staff member really give us a grilling over sitting in an area that was not to be used in the evening only in the morning time and got us to move pulling out the chair I was sitting on.

Le West-end, établissement classique dans la tradition rétro,
confère un charme certain aux clients
mais d'un autre côté, à mon avis ,
doit faire face à des rénovations inévitables de certaines chambres
et de l'entrée de l'hôtel (non adaptée au transport des valises et
surtout non adaptée aux personnes handicapées).
Un lounge bar au rez-de-chaussée serait souhaitable.

I booked three rooms well in advance. When we arrived to check in one of the rooms was a double when a twin was required. This was reported as soon as we saw the room. We were told that housekeeping would split the bed. So we went to explore Nice. Upon returning we were told the bed could not be split. Lucky one of our friends had a booked a large room that had a couch. So one of our party slept in the couch. I don't think given the price paid this is acceptable. A free breakfast was offered but we had to leave early. I think half the room price should be refunded as this was the hotels fault for not providing a twin as requested.
