Overall our visit was very enjoyable. The staff are very helpful. Sylvio particularly on our departure. He went out of his way to arrange a cab to the airport for ourselves and four other guests. The promenade was closed for the Triathalon but we were accompanied to the exact pick-up point to meet our taxi. Please pass on our thanks. The location of Hotel West End is perfect and close to shops and restaurants and only 15 minute walk to the train station. Will recommend.
