Compared to other hotels, West End should offer free admittance to the private beach below.

View was the best part of the experience. Someone stealing from us while we stayed at this hotel was upsetting and ruined our experience. We will not be coming back to this hotel unless we will not have another option int he future. Please train your staff not to steal from your customers, that's terrible way to treat your guests.

Situation géographique très satisfaisante les chambres sont trop petites exigu et manque de place de rangement surtout pour deux personnel à notre écoute très bon petit-déjeuner copieux et variés

Excellent except your customer computer in the lobby. Worthless. It is old with lot of your previous customer info on it. Buy a new computer for good sake. . That computer is a shame for the whole hotel. Do something !! How hard could it be ? I will be back in October and I will personally check up if you have done something about it. Be sure about that. It took me over one hour to print out 4 pages of business contract !!!
Completly not acceptable. Back home I do it in 45 seconds. Even your helpful staff were imbarriesed about the computer and they have told you so but you have not doing anything about it. Hallo ! It is 2017 and not 2007 !
