The location of the hotel had been good. The service, had been really bad. I have never stayed in a hotel with staff like it! Everything you asked for at breakfast took really long, used plates haven’t been cleared and staff had not been helpful at all, most of the times I ended up, looking for someone else to help.
Worst experience had been in the lobby. After midnight, we took our glasses of wine inside, because we were not allowed to finish the glasses outside, at 12.15 they switched of the light, while smiling at us! Horrible!
The hotel has clearly seen better times. Staines on carpet, etc.
Never again!
