The hotel stay was nice but uncomfortable. The air conditioning in the room was horrible. Never cold enough for the summer days. The hotel can also use more air conditioners all around. For the amount of money taken per room I don't see why you should be so cheap with you guests. It would also help if front desk staff were more polite and smiled a little more. The Welcoming of the guests, that's your first impression and it only takes a couple of seconds to make a huge difference.

Une experience unique. Parfait pour un couple. Pour les couples avec un bebe...meme si le bebe il est petit...la chambre double n'est pas suffisante. Il faut absolument une chambre plus grande.

séjour agréable, il faudrait nettoyer plus souvent les fientes des mouettes sur les balcons! personnel très agréable et disponible

Overall good after the first day, but when we arrived, we found out that the room which was confirmed to us was not available because another guest over extended his stay. We were put in an inferior room. Although the reservation manager made an adjustment to the price, it was highly inconvenient because we had to unpack and repack for the next day. Allowing someone to extend one's stay when you know you have a reservation confirmed for the room is inexcusable customer service. It makes the term 'reservation' almost meaningless.

When we initially checked in, the person gave us another reason for the room not being available, citing internet reservation problem. It was not until we talked with reservation manager that it became clear what the problem was.
