We enjoyed our stay outside the hotel in Nice. We enjoyed our breakfast at the hotel. The room itself was not what we expected, especially after our in-person telephone reservation left us expecting a newly-updated/renovated room. Cost of EUR 520 = CAN$750. Comparatively, for $750. in a historic hotel (100+ years) we might expect displays of the hotel's authentic character, features and charm in the common areas — i.e. façade, entrance, lobby, reception, restaurants and lounges, etc. ... We would (still) expect to be accommodated in a room with updated flooring under-foot and

Amazing hotel, staff and food. I would definitely recommend when staying in Nice. Just superb in every way!
