I enjoyed the stay overall but didn't like the family room we were in (Room 319). Linens were dirty when we arrived, there were bugs\flies in the room, my pre-arranged champagne wasn't in the room and there was no phone in the room. Matthew was kind at check in and came to make a bed since housekeeping was gone for the day. We didn't get a telephone for 2 days and when we did it didn't work correctly.
I was surprised to see shaggy carpet in a hotel room! It was gross, black around the front door and just overall dirty. Would definitely recommend changing to hard floors. The air in the room smelled really bad, as if sewage pipes ran close to the air vents. The air was wet and humid in the room as well. Clothing, linens, shoes, etc felt wet after being in the room.
The bathroom was moldy and I expected better for the price point.
The restaurant was nice to have on site and the half board option was great. We enjoyed our lunches/dinners at the restaurant but after a few days the menu becomes repetitive. Breakfast was okay but not great, would be nice to see an option to have cooked food prepared instead of just the buffet. Croissants were burnt everyday. David in the restaurant was a delight to have.
The staff were very kind and were the main reason we stayed at the hotel after arrival since the hotel itself it felt worn out, dirty and in need of general repairs/updating.

Truly exceptional. Excellent location for exploring the city. Our room was spectacular and the view was incredible.

The overall experience was fine. However, the friendliness of the staff was low. especially when leaving the hotel.

Very nice! Amazing location next to beautiful hotel Negresco. Parking 2 min walking you stay in hotel it is 25 euro.
