First time in more than 10 years that I dont find comprehensive water when I arrive in my room.
Ofocurse got some from room service at 9 euro the litter
It really make the hotel look cheap

Overall experience was good. Service was seamless and easy flowing.
Our room had a funny smell from the toilet which did leave eventually, worth taking a look at the sewage line.
And a note for entrance upon the hotel, it would be a good service to act quicker on taking luggage. Rather than having to ask etc.
Very happy and would come back again.

Just a super hotel , all staff in every department friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, and our rooms were spotlessly clean.
