We enjoyed our stay in the city of Nice which we visit every year but we would be reluctant to choose the West End Hotel again.

Excellent séjour, staff très prévenant, localisation idéale, chambre propre et vaste, terrasse pour le petit-déjeuner...
Mais quelques détails à revoir.
- Huisseries SdB moisies (cadre en bois séparant la SdB de la chambre)
- Canapé sur le palier du 6eme étage hors d'âge
- Accès à la salle du petit déjeuner mal signalé alors qu'un passage par l'extérieur serait si simple s'il était mentionné par le staff

West End is a lovely establishment however it is the little things (good and bad) that make the experience. With the already documented issues above and the following, overall, it was disappointing. We had decided to really experience the French Riviera by staying at an establishment that was on the water front even though it was out of our price range. We were unaware of the Ironman event and with no connection or interest in the event we most likely paid an inflated price. We had a car booked in for the 23rd and given details by the receptionist of where to park. There were issues in parking the car as these directions (Level-1) were totally incorrect and only got there by contacting the parking garage. Upon telling a different receptionist what occurred he informed me that I was given the wrong information and would need to move the car. I then had to contact parking garage again to give me access into level-1 to get car and again to open gate for me to leave. This whole process took over an hour on our last day. Also as of writing this review (29/09/2024) there still remains a block on our credit card in excess $2,700.00 even though the account was paid in full 24/09/2024. This needs to be removed immediately!!
