Très bel hôtel, dommage d'avoir eu une chambre "mal situé"

Nous regrettons de ne pas vous avoir satisfait sur la situation de votre chambre mais nous engageons à bien mieux vous servir lors de votre prochain séjour .

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Touristenhotel. Für 1-2 Nächte ok, länger nicht. Preis und Leistung passen nicht zusammen

We loved our stay at the Hotel West End. It was a beautiful hotel in a grand, old building. However, it had all the modern conveniences and comfort you expect from a first class property. The staff was excellent. They gave us a room upgrade for our stay and that was very much appreciated (thank you Marie and your colleague at the front desk when we checked in!). The breakfast staff was also great (Merci Anna Marie!). I would highly recommend the Hotel West End.

Séjour agréable, mais nous aurions préféré une chambre située côté musée massena.

Nous aurions aimé mais comme vous l'avez peut être remarqué nous avons entrepris des travaux de ravalement de façade coté jardin Massena et c'est pour cela que nous vous avons plutôt reporté sur l'autre côté de notre hôtel.
Votre confort est notre priorité.

Again we enkoyed it. First room this Time loud due to air condotiin Outside, withiut Diskussion Otherroom... exzellent Customer Orientation
