The staff make the hotel. From check in to checkout. We had a problem with the room we were initially allocated but the problem was sorted out in a matter of moments.

It is a beautiful hotel, location fabulous. Staff very friendly, still keeping the elegance of approach with no familiarity.
A classy place offering the restaurant as a convenient choice. The place is full of the nostalgic feeling of the Belle Époque history, you have a sense of welcoming as soon as you put a step in. My only negative comment would be that the central reservation lost my payment and it was a misery for me to get the confirmation that my full payment for the stay was received. I will come back. It was a very pleasant experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and loved the hotel - we would return at some time in the future. The staff were very helpful and considerate particularly as my wife has mobility problems

A special word of thanks to Laura (administration) who made the necessary arrangement when our original booking at the Beau Rivage apartments (made in 2019) became untenable
