Friendly staff, entrance and dining area quite nicely (re-)decorated but the room was tiny, the bathroom even smaller so it felt very restricting. The bed and pillows were of very poor quality and it felt awkward (and a bit dirty) that there was a rolled up towel near the window to catch the morning's condense trickling down the window.
