It was nice, but over priced.
The room was icecold when we arrived, also during our in room diner. The small heater only worked and heated the room by the next morning.

The clock in the room was not working.

I asked for an extra duvet. Had to ask 3 times, and no phone in the room does not improve service or guest experience.

Trying to profile as a Boutique, eco friendly hotel, too much plastic destroys that feeling.
Most plants are plastic.
Such a shame!

De kamer zelf was heel leuk. Mooi bad en veel plaats. Enkel veel lawaai op de kamer van draaiende motor of dergelijke. Het ontbijt kon wel
Leuker gepresenteerd worden.

Heel vriendelijk personeel.
Kamer is mooi maar zeer gehorig.
Huilende kinderen in de kamer naast ons en mensen op de gang zeer goed hoorbaar.

Klantvriendelijkheid is super, heel vriendelijk en respectvol personeel!
Kamer heel gezellig ingericht en comfortabel bed en kussens.
Aangename badkamer.
Goede locatie, vlakbij kattevennen.
