I am so pleased that I chose the Hotel zur Pfeffermuehle for my holiday and recommend the Hotel without reservation.
The food was exceptional, blending creative, health-conscious selections, regional sourcing of ingredients, and indulgence. As a minimum I encourage anyone visiting the area to treat themselves to a fabulous dinner at the Hotel.
All staff were extremely responsive to any need one might have and, as a solo traveller, I appreciated the warmth and discretion of the staff. There is clear pride in all staff in delivering an experience of the highest standard.
