The best ski hotel I've been to so far ! I will definitely come back !

The family suite was excellent. The regular double room was less good, the bath/shower was below expectations. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Tea wasn't great, some days there wasn't anything nice to eat at all and there definitely needs to be a cold drink option as well as the hot drinks.

It is true that we have different rooms and in addition to the family suite, which is very modern in design and could even exceed your expectations, you have booked another room in the standard category, which is more traditionally furnished. However, we attach great importance to the fact that every comfort in all rooms corresponds to our hotel standard, but also to the mix of tradition and modernity, which long-standing regular guests appreciate very much. In addition, we are also constantly investing in the renovation of the infrastructure of the house as well as the rooms and it is quite possible that the bathrooms you are talking about will be taken into account.
We are happy to hear that you were very satisfied with the food and the shuttle service and the drivers. With half-board, there is a tea snack in addition to breakfast and dinner included. We take your suggestion that we can also offer a cold drink in addition to the tea seriously and will adjust this for the next season.
If you plan to visit us again in the future, we recommend that you advise that the modern rooms suit you better so that we can take this into account.

Die Atmosphäre im Hotel Pfeffermühle ist geprägt davon, dass es sich um ein familiengeführtes Hotel handelt: sehr persönlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und das 5 Gänge-Menü am Abend delikat und abwechslungsreich. Schön ist es auch, dass es am Nachmittag das Angebot einer salzigen oder süßen Speise gibt.

We had a great week at the Pfeffermühle, everything was high quality. We absolutely love the choice, availability and quality of the food at the Pfeffermühle. The included food option is one of the key reasons we chose to come back to the Pfeffermühle. We have stayed at the Pfeffermühle a good number of times over the years and loved it every time. Keep up the good work in the kitchen!
Another key service is the Hotel Shuttle. It is super valuable to be driven at your convenience.

It's wonderful to hear that our range of dishes and mealtimes keeps motivating you to choose the Pfeffermühle to accommodate you. We are therefore also pleased that you also appreciate our rooms, our beautiful sauna and relaxation area and shuttle service as well as the great team in our house. For capacity reasons, we cannot offer a laundry service in-house and therefore we also miss a partner in the region who could offer a high quality and efficiency that does justice to our guests. We will continue to keep an eye on this point. However, we have enough space for the clothes you have brought with you and therefore recommend bringing a change of clothes with you.
