The Hotel is lovelly, and the fact that it is a family-run business makes it into a very special sensation. Design and the entire visual experience are wonderful. The cuisine is great, though a bit more variety could be added to the breakfast a-la-carte menu, but in general it is great.
Staff is friendly and provides a lovelly service.

One of the greatest downfalls is the internet service, which was appalling.
The WiFi signal was great and strong, but it is of no use if the internet is less then average.
The wellness area looked wonderful but was never used because it left a very over-crowded sensation.
It would be good if the ice on the parking spaces was cleaned, as it is quite perilouss.

Would I stay again? Absolutely, in a blink of an eye! But that doesn't mean that there is no room left for improvement.

Overall we had a fantastic time at the hotel. The hotel staff were all very hospitable and were very helpful when we needed any assistance or advice about the local area. The food in the hotel was superb and the free shuttle to and from the cable car was a great service. I would definitely stay there again.

Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen. Leider war der Weg zum Hotel nicht gut vom Schnee und Eis geräumt.

Die Pfeffermühle ist ein wundervolles Hotel das mit viel Liebe familiär geführt wird.
Toll dass die Zimmer und der Wellnessbereich so modern uns geschmackvoll eingerichtet sind.
Der Fondueabend ist auch immer ein besonders gemütliches highlight und wir schätzen den shuttle zum Lift.
Danke für den schönen Urlaub, wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal.
