Insgesamt ein gutes Ambiente und auch durchaus zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung und insgesamt ist das Hotel eine Enpfehlung wert.

Ein wunderbar großes Zimmer und ein besonders gutes Frühstücksbüffet, abgesehen vom Extrapreis für den Kaffee.
Der Service am Empfang und im Restaurant bzw. beim Frühstück kompetent und freundlich

Zimmer instandsetzen und erst dann vermieten, und wenn Fehler bekannt erwarte ich Kulanz und kein „ich weiß“. Es tut verdammt weh gegen eine Tür zu laufen welche nach halber Öffnung blockiert/ auf den Fliesen klemmen bleibt, besonders nach einer frischen Operation. Ich hab gekocht vor wut

Sehr freundliches Service Personal, Essen geschmacklich und optisch sehr appetitlich, die Auswahl könnte etwas größer sein. Nicht zu vergessen das leckere Bier.

Of the four hotels that we visited on our trip, your hotel offered the worst service (in terms of staff). I travel a lot and stay in hotels once very two weeks but I have never experienced such a low level of service. The check-in was not well coordinated, the group of bikers parked their bikes really bad so there was not enough room to park the cars, the hotel changed the dinner and breakfast times without consulting us, service on the terrace was very slow and finally the staff during dinner was rude. This is such a shame since the property is so nice..... Your hotel could do so much better. Please consider the people that book with you to be your customers.
