I have enjoyed previous stays here, but would have not come if I had known the restaurant was closed for renovations. The closed for renovations message should have been posted in the hotel’s profile. It was not. The area surrounding the hotel has few open restaurants and the area has lots of homeless people. I didn’t feel safe going out to dinner…

At the same time, we deeply understand that the closure of our restaurant caused inconvenience during your stay. We deeply regret that this information was not sufficiently clear in advance and that this affected your overall experience. We also regret that the hotel environment and the evening restaurant situation were less than pleasant for you. We fully understand your concerns regarding safety and the limited selection of dining options in the area.
