The hotel looks beautiful in the pictures, but when you get there, the picture is a little different. The corridors are particularly creepy and the doors to the rooms are worse than in a hostel. Our neighbors didn't even have a room number. We were happy with the welcome drink waiting for us in the room and disappointed that there was no mini bar. The reception staff are very friendly, but the breakfast staff could use some manners. The dining area is too small for such a large hotel.
The room was spacious but not clean - full of hair on the nightstands, dust under the bed, limescale in the bathroom, and the drain smelled of sewage.
In the evening, we missed the service on the terrace and the buffet. Otherwise, we were surprised that juice, coffee, water... was available all day.
The hotel has a good location and it is peaceful to sleep at night.
For this money, we expected a little more or at least what is on the level.
