The room was spacious, the location is very good, the staff was very polite. Things that could be improved: There could be a bit more thought in the design of the rooms from a practical perspective. There was no light at all where the mirror was. Neither was there a power socket. So it was not possible to use the mirror in the room with light or power (to do their make-up or the hair). And yes, there was mirror with light and power in the bathroom but we had a triple room and there were numerous instances when the bathroom was occupied by one person and another one would need to use a mirror with light and power. The shower head had just one position and a very bad one(not practical at all unless you’re taller than 1,90). The towels could be larger and better quality. The floor in the room was not as clean as expected. The beds had under the sheets a really bad quality of mattress protection that was almost like plastic and made you sweat during sleep. I had to remove it after the first night and fortunately the cleaning lady didn’t put it back. The rooms could use some more sound isolation as you could hear the cleaning lady from outside, tearing the bags of supplies. The breakfast was fine but again I expected more from a 4-star hotel(bigger variety, better quality in the sweet pastry).
