This hotel is excellent! Everything is clean, tidy, and spacious. We were welcomed by polite and friendly staff at the reception. Our room was spotless and well-maintained. It included a minibar, TV, kettle, tea bags, and a complimentary bottle of water.
Every morning, the housekeeping staff politely asked if we would like the room to be cleaned and provided us with fresh towels and toilet paper.
The hotel is located close to the metro. Although it is a bit farther from the city centre, the metro station is only a 2-minute walk away, and there is also a nearby tram stop, so you can get to the city centre quickly and easily. There is also Tesco (grocery shop) near the hotel so you can buy water and food there.
Overall, great experience! We recommend this hotel!

Az ajtó picit levegősen zárhat, a folyosói hangok nagyon behallatszottak (818 szoba). Egyébként nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, minden más tökéletes volt!

Köszönjük szépen, hogy megosztotta velünk a tapasztalatait! Nagy öröm számunkra, hogy összességében nagyon jól érezték magukat, és elégedettek voltak a szolgáltatásainkkal.

Köszönjük azt is, hogy felhívta a figyelmünket a 818-as szobában tapasztalt ajtózáródási problémára és a folyosóról beszűrődő zajokra. Észrevételét továbbítottuk a műszaki csapatunknak, hogy megvizsgálják és szükség esetén orvosolják a problémát.
