Megérkezéskor a vendég, a recepcióssal tatlálkozik először és az a egy meghatározó élmény tud lenni, főleg, ha rossz az "élmény". Lehet fontosabb ebben a munkakörben egy minőségi munkatárs, mint egy egyéb extra szolgáltatás!
