Egy éjszakát tölöttem ott , átutazóban voltam. Csendes szobát kértem, maximálisan figyeltek erre, amit köszönök. Minden rendben volt a szobával. A reggei bőséges. Nekkem a párnával volt problémám. Nem szeretem a műszálas, kényelmetlen párnákat. Olyan, mintha vattával lenne töltve. Ezt érdemes lenne kicsit igényesebbre cserélni egy ilyen kategóriájú szálláson. A szappan is kicsit túlságosan basic, talán tusfürdő elegánsabb lenne.

Köszönjük, hogy időt szakított arra, hogy megossza részletes visszajelzését a nálunk töltött időről. Örömmel halljuk, hogy elégedett volt a kérésének megfelelő csendes szobával, és hogy mindent kielégítőnek talált a szobában. Nagyszerű hallani, hogy élvezte a bőséges reggelit a látogatása során.

Ugyanakkor megértjük, hogy a párna és a fürdőszobai piperecikkek nem feleltek meg teljes mértékben az Ön igényeinek. A párna kényelmével és a piperecikkek minőségével kapcsolatos észrevételeit nagyra értékeljük, mivel folyamatosan arra törekszünk, hogy minden vendégünk számára jobb élményt nyújtsunk. Figyelembe vesszük javaslatait a jövőbeli fejlesztések érdekében.

Nagyra értékeljük pozitív megjegyzéseit a szolgáltatással és a tisztasággal kapcsolatban, valamint azt, hogy hajlandó volt ajánlani mind szállodánkat, mind a Mellow Mood Hotels márkát. Még egyszer köszönjük meglátásait, és reméljük, hogy a jövőben ismét vendégül láthatjuk Önt.

It was near metro and tram and bus station all around markets and restaurants and bakeries and shopping center
