Nekünk a hotel elhelyezkedése nagyon fontos volt , könnyen elérhetők voltak programjaink helyszínei.
A leírt szobafoglalás időpontja előtt érkeztünk , nagy örömünkre már ekkor elfoglalhattuk a szobát. Egy kis negatívum: a fürdőből kellemetlen szag áramlott ki , ezt nagy szellőztetéssel ill. továbbiakban a fürdő ajtó becsukásával küszöböltük ki ☺️

Örömmel halljuk, hogy szállodánk elhelyezkedése megfelelt az Ön terveinek, és hogy könnyen megközelíthetőek voltak a programjai helyszínei. Az is örömteli számunkra, hogy korai érkezését is figyelembe tudtuk venni, így korábban elfoglalhatta szobáját.

Ugyanakkor nagyra értékeljük, hogy megemlítette a fürdőszobai szaggal kapcsolatos problémát. Hozzászólása nagyon hasznos, mivel lehetővé teszi számunkra, hogy azokra a területekre összpontosítsunk, ahol tovább fokozhatjuk vendégeink kényelmét.

Hálásak vagyunk a tisztaságra és a kiszolgálásra vonatkozó kiváló értékeléseiért, és azért, hogy hajlandó volt ajánlani mind szállodánkat, mind a Mellow Mood Hotels márkát. Visszajelzése arra ösztönöz minket, hogy a jövőbeni látogatások során is fenntartsuk, sőt túlszárnyaljuk színvonalunkat.

Trotz gutem Frühstück und praktischem Zimmer hat die mangelnde Sauberkeit und die teure, problematische Parksituation den Aufenthalt sehr negativ beeinflusst.
