Hotel usytuowany w słabym miejscu, wieczorem mało bezpiecznie. Pokój nie do końca czysty, śniadanie to jedno wielkie nieporozumienie. Brak osób które zarządzają, nie widać obsługi.

Při příchodu do hotelu byla cítit příliš ostrá vůně, často jsme čekali na výtah. Hotel se nachází v blízkosti metra a MHD. Občas byl slyšet hluk z chodby. Služby včetně snídaně byly velmi dobré. Na pokoji bych uvítala varnou konvici. Pobyt jsme si moc užili. Děkujeme.

The hotel looks beautiful in the pictures, but when you get there, the picture is a little different. The corridors are particularly creepy and the doors to the rooms are worse than in a hostel. Our neighbors didn't even have a room number. We were happy with the welcome drink waiting for us in the room and disappointed that there was no mini bar. The reception staff are very friendly, but the breakfast staff could use some manners. The dining area is too small for such a large hotel.
The room was spacious but not clean - full of hair on the nightstands, dust under the bed, limescale in the bathroom, and the drain smelled of sewage.
In the evening, we missed the service on the terrace and the buffet. Otherwise, we were surprised that juice, coffee, water... was available all day.
The hotel has a good location and it is peaceful to sleep at night.
For this money, we expected a little more or at least what is on the level.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Location was great, we were able to go everywhere on foot but also all public transport stops are near. Rooms were clean and the food that we had for a breakfast was delicious. We will come back to this hotel for sure.
