Pessima esperienza. Su 4 stanze, 3 abbiamo avuto gravi disagi a partire dalla prima notte. All'1 di notte hanno dovuto cambiare stanza per la puzza insopportabile di fogna. Nei giorni successivi in altre 2 stanze si sono ritrovati a fare la doccia con l'acqua arancione per via di problemi alle tubature. Abbiamo chiesto almeno il risarcimento della prima notte ma non hanno accettato dicendo che per loro è tutto normale.

Buon hotel vicino alla metro, in posizione tranquilla. Lo consiglio

It was a great stay. Some things that would make it better would be more pillows. There was only 1 each. Also a kettle with tea and coffee in the room.

Nagyon kellemes hotel, tágas szobával, és nagyon kedves személyzettel. Az elhelyezkedése is tökéletes, villamos és metrómegálló pár lépésre. A reggeli nagyon jó, bőséges a választék, minden van, sokkal nagyobb szállodákban is csak álmodhat az ember ilyenről. Szóval ideális "támaszpont" néhány kellemes budapesti városnézős - kirándulós naphoz :-)

Loved your hotel, the staff were most friendly and helpful, couldn’t have been more satisfied with our stay.

One suggestion that might help is more available advice on the tram system and using it and the underground to get around Budapest.
