It was OK, all of the staff were very helpful but I had some issues with the room.

Generell sauber und nettes Personal.
Frühstück und Empfang zu Nahe beieinander bzw. ein zu keiner Frühstücksbereich für die vielen Gäste.
Zu geringe Raumhöhe und zu heiss für so viele Gäste im Frühstücksbereich.
Gutes Mittelmaß aber niemals 4 Sterne.

Idel für eine Städtereise. Alles da.
Zimmer war bei Ankunft sauber.
Zwischenreinigung könnte etwas genauer sein - war nur oberflächlich.

WC Bürste sollte in Zimmer 602 dringend erneuert werden, ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand.
