I stayed with my family at your property from the 6th to the 9th of this month.
As agreed with receptionist, I’m writing this email to report our big problem with bed bugs in your hotel.
After our complaint, you confirmed the presence of bedbugs and changed our room, but by then the damage was done.
My body is covered by bug bites , I’m itchy and I’m on therapy for this. I also have a child and this situation was very dangerous for him. Our clothes could be contaminated and this holiday turned into stress.
I ask for a refund for hotel expense and also for medical and moral costs.
I’m waiting for your reply.
