I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel and the location turned out to be quite convenient once I understood how the metro/tram system operated. A special mention has to be made to the staff at Reception who were very welcoming and went out of their way to help explain how public transport worked and how to reach the main sites etc. Thank you so much for all your help! A good tip for travellers over 65 is that they can travel completely free on all trams/buses/metro and, if asked to show their ticket, should produce their id/passport instead. Fantastic!

spaliśmy trzy noce, butelka wody mineralnej niegazowanej tylko w pierwszym dniu. Żel pod prysznic na trzy dni w minimalnych tubkach był serwowany tylko pierwszego dnia. Bez własnych środków myjących niej jest możliwe umycie się w Waszym hotelu. Będę polecał ten hotel głównie ze względu na cenę. Praca recepcji bez zastrzeżeń. Ocena obniżona z 5 na 4 w dziale praca ze względu na opisane wyżej zastrzeżenia.
