I would have given 5 stars for the accommodation, but I deducted one because the window in room 305 is broken, which does not seal properly (the bottom hinge is missing) and noise from the street penetrates. It's not quite the same when you are woken up by noisy trams. I wouldn't expect such a problem in a 4 star hotel. But otherwise satisfied.

We had a great time here, the hotel itself was well presented and staff were very helpful!

The only downside was how busy breakfast was every morning, we decided to go out for breakfast every morning as oppose to taking the included breakfast due to lack of seats and just how crowded it felt.

Every time i went to Budapest i stayed in this hotel, the location is nice, transportation is good, surrounding is nice, hotel and breakfast is great
