Karibea Sainte-Luce Hôtel (Amyris - Amandiers - Caribia)

We stayed at the hotel for eight nights, and unfortunately the experience did not meet our expectations. The rooms were very worn and clearly in need of renovation. The overall standard felt low and gave a rather run-down impression. One particularly concerning issue was the lack of a functioning fire alarm – there was only an empty casing on the ceiling where we assume a smoke detector should have been installed.

The staff also did not come across as very service-minded. Only a few members of the staff spoke English, which made communication difficult. Regardless of the question, the most common response was often “I don’t know,” without any effort to find information or assist further. This did not create a welcoming atmosphere.

The positive aspect of the hotel was its location. It is perfectly situated by the sea, with lovely walking paths and easy access to several beautiful beaches. If location is the top priority, this may be a positive, but overall there is significant room for improvement in terms of standard, safety, and service.

Déception au début car je n’ai pas eu la chambre sollicitée lors de ma réservation par manque de place.
Sentiment que l’on ne répond jamais à ma demande même quand je demande à bénéficier d’une chambre rénovée à mes frais (cliente régulière).

Toutefois j’ai pu bénéficié d’un surclassement dans une chambre face a la piscine et vue mer grâce aux agents de l’accueil.
CEPENDANT cette chambre était remplie de fourmis sur différents murs de la chambre ( signalement fait à l’accueil avec vidéo comme preuve ) ce qui a été très dérangeant dès le milieu de notre séjour jusqu’à la fin de celui-ci. Car les fourmis tombaient sur le lit de mon fils ce qui était très désagréable
