Pleased with my choice overall, liked the situation and ease of access; staff lovely and room was spotless.
Would question the fact that the entire cost was deducted from my visa when booking made - not my experience of standard practice. Did resent that as it was months before my stay.

Great to see, that you enjoyed our helpful staff and the clean rooms.
Regarding the noise: we have installed sound proofed windows in every room facing the street side. This will keep away the urban sounds. In fact, that you opened up your window, we cannot guarantee the noise reduction anymore.
A pity, that you did not enjoy our breakfast, as in our opinion 9 € for a various breakfast buffet including coffee and tea specialties is not expensive.
