I thought the overall experience was good but would probably not stay there again.
Thank you for reviewing our Hotel Kastanienhof in Berlin.
We like the fact, that you had a good overall experience and that the cleanliness, location and staff was ranked as the best during your stay.
Regarding the rooms: indeed we have some old decorated rooms (this is the style that alot of guests prefer compared to standarized company hotels) and we offer some very modern rooms, that you can find on all online plattforms as well.
Heckers Hotel is a 4 star boutique hotel, we are a family-run 3 star superior hotel.
