This is a lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. We had a great time.

Very good. Clean and nice and fairly close to everything. Helpful and nice staff. The only minor flaw was that the wifi connection often failed.

Very pleasant stay, we will definitely come back. Only breakfast could be a little more elaborate (warm dishes, more choice of breads and sweets)

Very pleasant and relaxing. The only other hotel in Berlin at which we have stayed is the Savoy (twice). They are different, but the Kastanienhof is very close in quality, service, and comfort.

Excellent helpful staff good location fine room, only sorry I did not try restaurant. Next time.
Front door takes working out! But no big deal.

Next time you should try our German restaurant "Ausspanne"! It offers really good food!

We are working on our front door theses days. We will get a lightbarrier, which recognizes leaving hotel guests and helps tp open up the door.

Hopefully we will be able to show you this improvement at your next stay in Berlin!

Great hotel, exceptionnal friendly staff. Convienient place. Good situation for most of attractions. Tram at door. 2 stations from the train. Perfect!
