Very old and quite far from the town centre
Breakfast was awful and very expensive
We didn’t get a single smile from any of the staff during our 5 day stay

Aside from the price, it was a great experience.

It's an ideal location for exploring the city via Berlin's excellent transit system, the rooms are comfortable and there is a wide variety of restaurants and small shops nearby.
