I wouldn't have to think twice about staying at Kastanienhof again. For a Berlin holiday visit, this property has convenience, authenticity, modern facilities and is close to a lot of different dining options for all meals.

Freundlicher Empfang, ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, interessante Ausstattung mit Bildern aus dem alten Berlin, angenehme Atmosphäre, vielfältiges Frühstück, gutes Essen im Restaurant mit besonders freundlicher Bedienung.

Wir schätzen die familiäre Atmosphäre, die gute Lage, man ist schnell an den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten da die Tram direkt vor dem Hotel hält. Parkplatz im Innenhof, das Restaurant Ausspanne im Hotel.

Ein tolles Hotel, absolut empfehlenswert. Wir waren schon mal bei ihnen und werden auch weiterhin gern bei ihnen übernachten, wenn wir wieder nach Berlin kommen. Wichtig für uns ist die Ruhe, die ja die zum Hof gelegenen Zimmer bieten. Die Lage ist absolut top. Die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter*innen ist besonders hervorzuheben.

Der Kastanienhof ist ein Hotel mit sichtbarer Tradition und Berliner Charme. Dadurch unterscheidet es sich von Hotels großer Ketten. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei allen unseren Aufenthalten haben wir uns im Kastanienhof sehr wohl gefühlt.
