The hotel staff was very friendly and able to help us quickly get around town. The rooms were clean and had fans which helped with no Air Conditioning. Food was good, breakfast was on par with expectations and the restaurant reminded me of my grandmother's cooking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend and return. The hotel is in a lovely, family-oriented neighbourhood with lots of cafes and locals going about their business and enjoying their neighbourhood. It was within easy walking distance or short tram to interesting sites and markets. Our room was on the 4th floor facing the back so was very quiet.
