Wir sind "rundum" zufrieden im Kastanienhof, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, man kann sich dort wohlfühlen.

Pleased picked this hotel - in good area, not too many tourists but plenty of neighbourhood cafes, bars , restaurants etc. Tram was convenient for journeys to centre and Museum Island.

Unusual to find such well-stocked and cheap minibar.

Was useful to find good restaurant open when I arrived at about 9.00 pm.

In future may book double for single use, as Room 28a is a bit small and I am not used to single bed. Duvet kept slipping off.

Everything was great, except for the fact that it got a little warm in the room during the night. There were no problems with the elements, but when we opened the windows the noise from the tram made it hard to sleep.
