haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - Ihr Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen - wir haben noch vor Ort umgebucht, war sehr unkompliziert und ohne Probleme möglich - fand ich sehr gut.

The communication from the hotel was terrible, very superficial and approximate. I had to write emails and telephone calls many times in order to be able to have all the info I needed. They sent me twice the wrong cost estimate, and they then wrong even the proforma invoice. My group was by 47 people. No all rooms where ready and missing tables for dinner for all persons. They told to send me by mail the correct invoice and instead I have not received nothing.

Ein sehr gut geführtes Haus, den Gästen wird aufmerksam und würdig begegnet, auf Wünsche wird eingegangen. Das Haus strahlt Ruhe aus! Sehr schöner Wellnesbereich.

Wir hatten einen sehr guten Eindruck.
Nur zwei Dinge waren nicht so erfreulich. Der Tresor im Zimmer war kaputt, ebenso der Tresor im Nebenzimmer (309 und 310).
Unsere Zimmer lagen zur Straße hin, daher war es nachts etwas laut.
