Wir hatten einen sehr guten Gesamteindruck. Was vor unserer Ankunft nicht möglich war, sie telefonisch zu erreichen. Wir wollten noch Eintrittskarten für die Oper Traviata im Venice bekommen.Der Kaffe zum Frühstück dürfte besser sein!

Our contacts can be found on our website and our reception is open 24h to respond to any call (within few months we are going to create a new website, and we will try to make it even more user oriented). In order to buy the tickets for the Traviata, you have to buy them online on Teatro La Fenice website, unfortunately we cannot reserve places at the theatre. In our breakfast room there are different types of coffee machines, all of high quality, with different coffee brands. Many thanks for the hight score of the review! Heel fijn apartment middenin het centrum. 24uur checkin bij hotel is ideaal! (Sleutel ophalen)

Good hotel. Good location. Only problem was the shower head. It didn’t shower, it sprinkled.
